A Message From CEO & Founder, Hunter J McNair:
"As a queer kid growing up in rural North Carolina, I didn't always see what success could look like for me. For years I sat in rooms trying to teach me through a lens I didn't see through. I was afraid that being different meant I could never have the life I wanted. And because of that, I believed success and queerness couldn’t coexist.

It wasn't until years later, as I stood there training a room full of thriving LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs who were people building empires, leading teams, and living boldly, that I realized something powerful:
We don’t have to choose.
We can be Queer AND Successful.

Queer and Successful was born from that truth. It’s a free community built on one core belief: that real success comes from showing up fully as yourself, in business, in leadership, and in life.
