A Message From CEO & Founder, Hunter J McNair:
"When I was a young queer kid growing up in a small town in rural North Carolina, I dreamed of being successful. For years, I hid who I was. I was afraid that being different meant I could never have the life I wanted. I believed success and queerness couldn’t coexist.

Years later, as I stood in front of a room full of thriving LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs who were people building empires, leading teams, and living boldly — I realized something powerful:
we don’t have to choose.
We can be Queer AND Successful.

Queer and Successful was born from that truth. It’s a free community built on one core belief — that real success comes from showing up fully as yourself, in business, in leadership, and in life.
